Data gathered for the theisis titled: "The evolution of the role of stringers, local reporters and citizen journalists in reporting wars and conflicts: the case of the Syrian civil war"

I gathered a mixed set of data as I approached my research project using a mixed methodology. I gathered audio interviews with Syrian stringers, local reporters and citizen journalists, as well as international journalists who reported about the Syrian conflict on the field. In addition, for the framing and sourcing analysis I used in my research, I gathered a list of stories and articles published by five news outlets (SANA,Global Voices, Reuters, SNHR, National Coalition of Syrians) in four specific time tranches. I then used these articles to identify frames and sources which then informed the interviews I conducted.
