Asking themselves "how does this affect ME?", they place the card in one of the following categories: Bad. Noticeable impact. Bad. Slight impact. Neutral. Good. Slight impact. Good. The process is for each person present to select one card from the complete set, laid out on a table. Once everyone has chosen, each person in turn explains their choice.
