    <abstract>This dataset contains quantitative survey responses collected as part of a study examining my thesis. The dataset includes participant demographics, responses to the Authentic Leadership Inventory (ALI), the Work and Meaning Inventory (WAMI), and additional items measuring Extrinsic Motivators.  The dataset supports analysis of leadership perceptions, psychological experiences of work, and motivational outcomes.</abstract>
