The details of pre-intervention survey was obtained as secondary data from a NGO that collected the primary data. The post-intervention survey was conducted by me for this PhD in 2017 in a district in Nepal. Additionally, interviews and focus group discussion were also conducted in the same period. For example, in the qualitative data, I have coded the birth centres, removed name and other information that might help to identify the participants. Similarly, in the quantitative data, I have removed sensitive data such as name of village, or personal experiences of participants. Open Society Foundation N2016-30452 Quantitative data was collected using validated questionnaire. Data enumerators were involved for data collection. Post-intervention survey data was collected by the researcher herself while the pre-intervention survey data was received as secondary data from a NGO who was involved in primarily collecting this data. This SPSS file contains data from both pre and post-intervention survey (after removing sensitive data) so that a comparative analysis can be performed. Qualitative data consists of interviews and focus group discussion conducted with health workers and women in community.
