Self-Compassion, Coping Strategies and Gender Differences

Keys, Jessica, Yankouskaya, Ala and Panourgia, Constantina (2022) Self-Compassion, Coping Strategies and Gender Differences.
The study for which this dataset was collected, investigated self-compassion’s ability to predict approach and avoidance coping in psychology, counselling and psychotherapy practitioners (PCPPs) during COVID-19, and whether this differed between genders. 319 PCPPs completed an online survey including the Brief COPE (Carver, 1997) and Self-Compassion Short Form (Raes et al., 2011).
